Internship Guidelines
If you are pursuing an internship for academic credit, the following protocols during COVID-19 must be followed:
- You may participate in a remote/virtual internship, an in-person internship, or a hybrid combination remote/in-person internship.
- Should you choose to participate in-person at an internship site, you must adhere to current state and local COVID-19 directives, plus CDC guidelines.
Counseling
Career counseling sessions are being conducted in-person and remotely. If you’d like to talk with a CIS Counselor, you can:

Students and Alumni
All FIT students and alumni are welcome to attend these events. Here are a few suggestions on how to make the most of the career fairs:
- Have your resume reviewed by a CIS counselor
- Attend a CIS workshop
- Log into the CSJB Database
- Click "Events" to view the career fair and research the companies attending
- Apply to the positions listed in the database
- Dress professionally
- Create Your Pitch
- Bring your student ID and multiple copies of your resume for in-person fairs; review Virtual Career Fair info to be posted soon
